Set-Up Crew

Arrive at 3:00pm. Will involve table/chair set-up, preparing activity areas, and assisting with helping each trunk host to the correct spot.

Event Crew

Arrive by 4:30pm. Assist with the following activities that are occurring during the event:

Ticket Sales: Accepting cash and credit card payments for families purchasing entry tickets on-site

Will Call: Assist with handing out pre-purchased tickets

Pumpkins: Hand out pumpkins and help out at the pumpkin decorating table

Hayride: Assist Farmer Bob with managing the line for his hayride

Raffle Table: Assist attendees with getting their raffle tickets in

Cheermeister: We are looking for 3 people to help with this. It will be a joint effort to manage the portable speaker/song playlist, and to announce the winners of the raffles, costume/trunk contest
