This is a separate General Volunteer form for parents of 4th graders who are interested in assisting on an as needed basis to plan 4th Grade Celebrations and assist with the 4th Grade Yearbook. Similar to our General Volunteer Form, we will create an email distribution list of volunteers from this form. Blast emails will be sent out on an as needed basis and you can offer to volunteer as you are able.
